BuildWorkPro offers simple, transparent pricing. You can start with a free trial and upgrade when you are ready.

Pricing

• Monthly — $79 per month, billed monthly.
• Annual — $790 per year, billed annually. You save about $158 compared to monthly billing.

Both plans include the full feature set. There are no per-user fees and no hidden charges.

Free trial

Every new organization starts with a free trial period. During the trial you have access to all features. No credit card is required to start.

When your trial ends, you will be prompted to select a plan. Your data is preserved — you will not lose anything by waiting.

Managing your subscription

1. Go to Settings > Billing.
2. You can see your current plan, billing cycle, and next payment date.
3. Click Manage Subscription to:
   • Switch between monthly and annual billing.
   • Update your payment method.
   • View invoice history and download receipts.

Subscription management is handled through a secure billing portal. BuildWorkPro does not store your credit card details directly.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to a read-only state — your data is not deleted.
