Billing and Plans

BuildWorkPro has one simple plan with transparent pricing. Start with a free trial and subscribe when you are ready. Manage everything from Settings -> Billing.

Pricing

  • Monthly -- $79 per month, billed monthly.
  • Annual -- $790 per year, billed annually -- about 17% less than paying monthly.

The plan includes everything: unlimited users, unlimited projects, email and calendar integration, pay applications, reports, and API access. There are no per-user fees.

Free trial

Every new organization starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. When the trial ends you are prompted to subscribe, and your data is preserved while you decide.

Manage your subscription

Section titled “Manage your subscription”

On Settings -> Billing you can see your current status, billing cycle, and next payment date. From there:

  • Click Subscribe Now to start a paid subscription and choose monthly or annual billing.
  • Click Manage Billing to update your payment method, switch billing cycle, or download invoices.
  • Use Cancel subscription to cancel at the end of the current period, or Resume subscription to undo a pending cancellation.

A Payment History table lists past invoices with links to view or download each receipt.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period, after which the account becomes read-only -- your data is not deleted.
