Data Management

The Data Management tab imports records from CSV files and exports your data back out. Open it from Settings -> Data Management.

Import data

Section titled “Import data”

The Import Data card runs guided CSV wizards for:

  • Contacts
  • Products
  • Leads
  • Projects

  1. Pick a type. Choose what you are importing and download the sample CSV if you need the column layout.

  2. Upload your file. Select your CSV and map its columns to BuildWorkPro fields.

  3. Import. Review the preview and run the import.

Export data

Section titled “Export data”

The Export Data card downloads your records as CSV. Filter by entity, search, and date range, then click Download CSV to export just the rows you need.
