Organization Settings

Organization settings control how your company appears in proposals, emails, and throughout the platform. Only Admins can change these settings.

Go to Settings > Organization to update your company details:

  • Company name — Your legal or trade business name.
  • Phone number — Primary business phone.
  • Email — Main contact email address.
  • Address — Your office or mailing address.
  • Website — Your company’s website URL.

Customize how your proposals and documents look:

  • Logo — Upload your company logo. It appears on bids, pay apps, and PDF exports.
  • Brand color — Set a primary color that matches your brand identity.

Your logo and color carry through to client-facing documents, giving proposals a professional appearance.

Configure defaults that apply across your organization:

  • Default payment terms — Set standard terms (Net 30, Net 60, etc.) that auto-fill on new bids.
  • Default retainage — Set a standard retainage percentage for pay apps.
  • Default tax rate — Your standard tax rate for bids.
  • Fiscal year start — Used for financial reporting periods.
  • License number — Your contractor license for inclusion on proposals.
  • Trade/specialty — Your primary trade classification.
  • Insurance info — Policy details for reference.

Keeping this information current ensures your documents are always accurate and professional.
